Our retreats are designed for those who wanted to get away from the city life and enjoy guided yoga and pilates sessions in beautiful environment. We help to promote happiness through relaxation, meditation, physical exercise, and healthy food to harmonise your body and mental wellbeing by getting your natural rhythms back on track. Past destinations are: Bintan, Malaysia and Nepal.
